Being weekend warriors especial, we came back from the Twin Cities Sunday night. It was a combo package of Aunt Katie and Uncle Larry, Ryan Mc's mom and siblings, $12 jeans day at Old Navy, Daniel Propst's wedding or the Vikings and the Steelers in pre-season, and the Minnesota State Fair.
The state fair is most blogalicious:
We were only there for three or four hours, but managed to share cream cheese on a stick breaded like a corndog, malts from the dairy barn, honey taffy, two kinds of crêpes, pineapple whip, fried cheese curds, chocolate chip cookies, and all you can drink milk. We couldn't handle the chocolate covered bacon or deep fried candy bars. Next time.

Wow. I hope you are feeling okay. Corn-dog battered cream cheese--wow.
Ah- there is nothing like the midwest for a good State Fair!! Gald to know they are still doing it up right! Love from the little Wisconsin girl!
I miss America. Where else can you get all-you-can-drink milk for 5 dkk?
holy toledo! i was going to comment about how long your hair had gotten until i realized that was your cousin--- strong family resemblance! i should have known you wouldn't have experienced such pleasure in eating an all-american corn dog :)
