This picture best represents a visit to my friend Mary's in Lancaster County, PA. She feeds the soul whilst feeding the tummy. From left to right: raw honey, sourdough starter (under dishcloth), trivet made by her Swedish grandma, sprouting spelt, raw milk kefir, canned jams, flowers given me by an Amish lady from her garden on my walk, mixer for breads and cookies, Clou Schnitzer grain mill.
